Critical Fitness is a gym that is about being real and realistic with our clients, we are always honest with our clients even though it is sometimes hard to swallow. This honesty allows us to build up the trust needed between the clients and us. Through this trust and honest open-book approach, we can provide the best feedback, advice and coaching to our clients. Keeping things real makes for good growth both personally and physically.

Am I too unfit to start?
Never, we always get the new people to do a simple grading session where we assess your fitness and then can adjust the workouts to your level.
Will I be able to do a session as I haven’t trained in a few years.
Yes of course!! We will modify the workout to your specific needs and make sure you have a great time.
Do I need special equipment/gear?
Nope, all you need is comfortable clothes, a water bottle and a sweat towel. We provide all the equipment.
Is there a beginner class?
No, but we do run a grading workout that assesses your fitness and will give you a grade of between 1 and 5, then we have special workshops for each level to help you learn and improve.
I'm scared to start!
Don’t be, it takes time and we are here to walk you through the process. Rome wasn’t built in one day, so we will take it easy and get you to a happy place.
How long is the contract?
There is no contract! We work on a month to month system, we take fees in advance of the month.
