Our Gym
Critical Fitness is a gym that is about being real and realistic with our clients, we are always honest with our clients even though it is sometimes hard to swallow. This honesty allows us to build up the trust needed between our clients and us. Through this trust and honest open-book approach, we can provide the best feedback, advice and coaching to the client. Keeping things real makes for good growth both personally and physically.
We believe that if you are able to try an exercise you might surprise yourself, but Rome wasn’t built in 1 day, so we are firm believers in taking things back a step or two and building your base up and creating more confidence in the movement before we push for the end result.
Our ultimate goal is to push each and every individual to their best ability, no matter what level they are at, and to never paint my client base with 1 brush and generalise them all.
Creating a personal connection and helping the clients reach their goals, whatever it may be, and creating a love for a healthy lifestyle will ultimately bring us happiness.

We are a Functional Training Gym based in Northcliff. We specialise in functional group classes.
We also offer one-on-one private personal training, boxing lessons, body conditioning classes and Yoga.
Our aim is to help you “Push Your Limits and Change Your Life”, whether your goal is to just be healthier or become the next Iron man/woman. We focus on making you feel at home in the gym and as if you are one of our extended family members.
